I can't believe that I have been married to the man of my dreams for an entire month now. It seems like just yesterday I was daydreaming about one day saying "I do". Let me be the first to tell you... married life is awesome! I'm sure some might think I have no idea what I'm talking about since I've only been married for a month. But... I have experienced a lot in this past month. I've experienced the joy in having a partner to share and learn with every day. I've experienced sharing a home and personal space with another person. I've experienced what it is to live with another person who is a male! I've experienced taking time to take care of and listen to someone else instead of just worrying about myself. I've experienced prioritizing how money is spent and sharing money in general. I've experienced sharing one vehicle and managing time and plans to accommodate. All of these things and more have just added to the reasons I love my husband. I wouldn't ever be able to dream up a better man or partner in life. Our marriage is proof to me that God really knows what He's doing when you follow Him and let Him guide your path. I'm more than sure Benji and I will have hard times in the future but that doesn't scare me one bit. God knows what He's doing and I give my whole marriage to Him to direct. I can't wait to learn more about my husband and discover all there is to this marriage. One sip at a time...
